I led Town Hall Brands, a Vancouver-based Marketing Agency, through a comprehensive website overhaul. Beyond a visual facelift, the website required strategic restructuring. Collaborating with agency team members, I planned and executed the website relaunch. One of the most significant problems was that potential clients had a difficult time understanding Town Hall Brands’ services. To rectify this, I redesigned the website to emphasize the company’s core specialties: design, public relations, and events. Post-launch, the updated website resulted in a substantial increase in inquiries from potential clients who discovered the company online.
